At Zinc Nacional, where we recover the value of materials through recycling, we are committed to the preservation of ecological balance, as well as providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health deterioration for our employees.

We develop products and services that meet the requirements of our customers and stakeholders, supported by the continuous improvement that our Integrated Management System ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 demands, in order to achieve the organization's strategic objectives and become the world's leading company in the recovery, production, and marketing of zinc products.

Additionally, we work on the following activities:

  • We comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization's activities, products, and services.
  • We promote environmental protection, pollution prevention, and the rationed use of resources, including the reuse of treated industrial water in our processes.
  • We seek to eliminate hazards and reduce risks related to safety and occupational health, by conducting consultations for employees and their representatives.
  • We establish training programs that allow us to fulfill and continuously improve in the above.

Zinc Nacional is committed to maintaining the Feed Safety System (FSS) by complying with:

  • Feed safety standards include processes and products.
  • Legal and regulatory requirements, as well as customer requests regarding feed safety.
  • Feed safety objectives in operational processes.
  • Competent personnel in feed safety.

Achieving the above through effective communication, both internally and externally, allows us to achieve the continuous improvement of our FSS.

Export shipment security

CTPAT Policy

Zinc Nacional is committed to ensuring border security of export shipments into the United States of America, in compliance with the guidelines established in the CTPAT program, which stands for Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism.

This program commits us to maintaining the highest level of surveillance at our facilities and the supply chain to which we belong.

To achieve this commitment, it is required that all our personnel and business partners, including contractors, suppliers, and visitors, comply with the safety rules and procedures that exist in our facilities.
